The Gardener’s Cottage is privately situated in the owners walled garden and offers a relaxed self catering property with enough space for privacy and for dogs to roam freely. Facilities include relaxing garden furniture, slide and climbing frame plus a trampoline for all to use. Ideal for parties of walkers or explorers in this picturesque area of the country, the Gardener’s Cottage offers panoramic views across rolling countryside and is surrounded by an abundance of trees and wildlife.
The Gardener’s Cottage sleeps up to four adults and is also a great 'overflow pad' for parties from The Coach House as both properties are within the same estate grounds and are less than 100 yards apart.
The lounge offers a sweeping view of the garden and the countryside beyond. It has a TV, DVD player and a music centre.
The downstairs bedroom can be configured as a twin or double room upon request and it has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over a bath. Duvet, linen and towels are provided for all guests plus the bathrooms and kitchen are supplied with complimentary soaps, shower gels and basic cleaning products.
The upstairs bedroom can be made into a twin or double bed and a wet room is available for this bedroom.
The kitchen/diner comes with all amenities: large fridge freezer, electric cooker with gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is also an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and hair dryer. Cots and high chairs can also be provided upon request, subject to availability. Rentals are inclusive of all heating and electricity.
Dogs are welcome and plastic dog beds of different sizes are available.

The Gardener’s Cottage is available for short breaks and weekly bookings from £250 to £650. (Prices may vary during holiday periods at the owners discretion).
Arrival time from 3pm, departure time 10am.
Vat is not charged on bookings.
