ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Our weekly bookings are from friday to friday and we also welcome short breaks of 3 or 4 nights.
Upon arrival, please ring the visitor bell on the big double gates and someone will meet you.
Arrival time is from 3pm onwards and departure time is before 10am.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
Coach House
There are no steps into The Coach House. The property is entered via a shallow ramp which makes easy access for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
The lower ground floor comprises the lounge and kitchen diner plus a twin bedroom with en suite wet room with WC.
The upper level is accessed through stairs with a handrail. This floor comprises one double bedroom with en suite bath with overhead shower and WC. Also a second double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a shower room with WC.
AMENITIES AND SERVICES
All properties are provided with linen and towels plus the bathrooms and kitchens are supplied with complimentary soaps, shower gels and basic cleaning products but we will confirm bedding arrangements with you before arrival.
For the wood burning stove in the Coach House, an initial basket of logs is provided then further wood is available for a small charge.
A TV, DVD player and CD player and radio are provided in all properties.
An ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine and tumble dryer are provided in the Coach House and Gardener's Cottage and a laundry service is available upon request and for a small charge.
The Coach House and Gardener's Cottage both have a dishwasher and large fridge freezer.
A high chair, cot, safety fireguards and stair gate can be provided upon request.
The Coach House provides a trampoline with a safety net and a paddling pool can be set up on request.
AROUND THE PROPERTY - Coach House
The Coach House is completely enclosed and is safe for children and pets.
There is ample parking for up to six cars.
There is secure storage for cycles and walking equipment.
There is a bus service from the main road at Llanyblodwel and the nearest train stations are Gobowen (9 miles) or Welshpool (13 miles) with connections to services throughout the UK.
The nearest pub / restaurant is 1 mile away and restaurants can be recommended and booked for visitors.
There are local grocery shops and a Post Office 4 miles away and a supermarket 5 miles away (Tesco and Asda will deliver to the Coach House).
Flowers and celebratory cakes can also be organised by prior arrangement.
